Our Mountain Series buildings are built to last, with our customers in mind. Starting with pressure treated runners, pressure treated floor joists (on 12" centers) and sturdy plywood flooring. All the sidewall studs are 16" apart, with a double top plate and Duratemp plywood exterior siding. The buildings are then finished off with two coats of high quality paint (15 standard colors to choose from), including an optional second color for trim. Twenty five year shingles of your color choice are then used for the roof.

Our Vinyl Series have premium (lifetime warranty) 4" Dutch-lapped vinyl siding, high quality smooth finished aluminum trim (your choice of 10 colors) and vented soffiting. 

We offer free delivery and set up- Including all cement blocks- within Rutherford County.
