Martin's Home And Garden will deliver and set up your building, using 8" x 16 " cement blocks. We start with 1 1/2" blocks to keep your building as low to the ground as possible. We also offer high quality pressure treated ramps for your riding lawn mowers, etc. With our hydraulic operated trailer we can place your building at the exact location that you desire. This trailer along with our professional delivery guys also allows us to deliver your building with no stress to your new building.
When you are considering buying one of our buildings it is good to decide what size you will need, by measuring out the floor space you will need to accommodate your lawn mower, weed eater, wheel barrow, etc. If you have a fence around your back yard it is also good to measure the opening size of your gate. The gate should preferably be 12" wider than the width of the building that you choose. To accommodate a sharp turn around a tree or post we need approx. 3' wider than the width of the building. If you have any questions about the spot that you want to place your building we will be very happy to come out and measure it for you and see if it is possible or not. Another option is to take a section of your fence out, take the building thru, and then put the fence back up. There will be an additional charge for this, and you can discuss this with your sales rep. prior to your purchase. We hope you will call or stop in and ask for Tim.
